Who we are

Fidō is operated by Mestaria Consultancy L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence 1121786. Mestaria Consultancy L.L.C decides how the details you share here are used.

What we collect, and why

Only what you enter in our form: your full name, your email address, your LinkedIn profile if you share it, the name of the member who introduced you, and the website you came from (its domain only), to consider your request and reply to you, and, if you choose, to send you updates about Fidō. We record when you asked and the wording you agreed to.

To consider your request, we may look at the LinkedIn profile you share and speak to the member you name.

To limit repeated requests, we keep a counter built from a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself, for up to an hour.

Who handles it for us

Trusted service providers that host this site, store your details, send our emails, keep spam off our forms and count visits without cookies. Some are outside the UAE; each is bound by a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Requests for 24 months; mailing-list details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at privacy@fido.ae. You may also complain to the relevant UAE data protection authority.
